FAQ About WAXING:
Q: What type of wax do you use?
A: I use both strip wax, which exfoliates the skin & hard wax, which does NOT exfoliate the skin, depending on the area. An ALL-HARD WAX option is available for those with extremely sensitive skin.
Q: How much hair growth do I need in order to be waxed?
A: The hair should be NO SHORTER than 1/4” long. This is about 2 weeks’ worth of growth. The longer is better.
Q: Should I trim any of my hair before my appointment?
A: Avoid excess trimming. If the hair is too short to remove using wax, it will be removed using tweezers. Even hair clippers with an attachment can cut some hairs too short to wax. When in doubt… Don’t.
Q: How do I prepare for my wax appointment?
A: Shower & exfoliate the area to be waxed either the night before or the morning of your appointment. Do not use oil or lotion in the area, if possible. Deodorant is ok on underarms.
Q: Aftercare?
A: Always. 😉
