Fast, friendly, efficient and painless! The wax Michele uses is not too hot and great for sensitive skin like mine. I was afraid to get waxed for years because of how sensitive my skin is and all the bad past experiences but that is no longer the case. I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis 🙂
